How Can They Help?
Ascended Masters are our elder brothers, the saints and sages of East and West who have gone before us into the Heaven realms. They were human beings who balanced their karma and were released from the wheel of life after fulfilling a specific cosmic purpose. They were able to take their ascension, which is full union with their Mighty I AM Presence. In the ascended state, these masters remain committed to serving Earth’s evolutions from above, meaning all of us.
Ascended Masters are like guardian angels to us. They are available to assist with lawful requests, prayers for mercy, health, and healing and the like. They will never interfere with our free will or our karma but are happy to intervene as our karma dictates if we ask.
Each Ascended Master serves primarily on one of the rays of God’s Light, embodying the divine nature of specific qualities, such as love, wisdom, and power. In the Etheric Retreats at night, while we are sleeping, they teach our souls how to achieve soul liberation, to become free in the light through the ritual of the ascension.
We Can Ascend Too?
This process of the ascension is what Jesus demonstrated when he walked the earth in his final incarnation. Jesus said, “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.” – John 14:12 Jesus was telling us that what he had achieved, we could do also, and even greater things.
The Ascended Masters teach that we each have a divine spark within us. It is a divine spark of God, the essence of God, that each of us has located in the secret chamber of our hearts. It is due to this God-Flame that we are able to attain full union with God, once we meet the requirements for our ascension.
As Jesus said in Psalms 82:6, “I have said, Ye are gods, and all of you are children of the most High.” The divine spark within allows us to declare, “We are Gods.” On the inner planes, the ascended masters teach us to claim our Christhood, or our Buddhahood, to embrace the divine spark within us and to become whole again.
There is a specific type of Ascended Master called a Chohan. Chohans are chiefs on one of the seven rays of God’s consciousness. A Chohan is appointed after having demonstrated a particular quality lifetime after lifetime, and after having taken initiations on that quality both before and after the ascension. He or She is then appointed to the office of Chohan by the Maha Chohan (or Great Lord) who is a representative of the Holy Spirit on all the rays. Each of the Chohans assists us towards the path of the Ascension by helping us pass specific spiritual and physical initiations.
The Seven Chohans
He is the Chohan of the first ray (blue) of the will of God. El Morya represents the godly attributes of courage, certainty, power, forthrightness, self-reliance, dependability, faith and initiative.
El Morya maintains his focus of the will of God on the etheric plane over Darjeeling, India. He is the Chief of the Darjeeling Council, a council of Ascended Masters of the Great White Brotherhood.
Lord Lanto is the Chohan of the second ray—the yellow ray of illumination. He is concerned with the education of the heart and the illumination of the youth of the world.
He serves in the Royal Teton Retreat, the main retreat of the Great White Brotherhood on the North American continent. Lord Lanto is a master of the power of precipitation—the alchemical process of drawing forth cosmic light and substance from the universal substance and coalescing it into physical form by using the Science of the Spoken Word (spoken prayers).
Paul the Venetian
Paul the Venetian is the Chohan of the third ray of divine love, the pink flame. He sponsors the Ascended Master culture for this age and works with all who desire to manifest that culture in the arts.
He is the hierarch at the Château de Liberté in southern France. The Ascended Master Paul the Venetian is a great teacher of the path of love. His devotion is to beauty, the perfection of the soul through compassion, patience, understanding, self-discipline and the development of the intuitive and creative faculties of the heart by the alchemy of self-sacrifice, selflessness, and surrender.
Serapis Bey, Chohan of the fourth ray (white), teaches the path to the ascension. He assists his students in the self disciplines of the four lower bodies that are necessary for the ascension.
Serapis Bey maintains the etheric focus of the Ascension Temple at Luxor in Egypt. This is the place where candidates for the ascension are received, and it is considered one of the most difficult of these retreats to enter.
Hilarion is the Chohan of the fifth ray (green) and a healing master on the green ray of health, precipitation and truth. He instructs us on the relationship between science and religion, both of which are aspects of the green ray of Truth.
He was embodied as the apostle Paul. He maintains the Temple of Truth on the etheric plane over Crete. He works with atheists, agnostics, skeptics and others who have become disillusioned with life and with religion.
Hilarion also sponsors teachers of Truth, servants of God, religious leaders and missionaries, as well as those practicing the healing arts, scientists and engineers in all fields, mathematicians, musicians, those specializing in computer and space technology and those who work with all forms of media and communications.
Lady Master Nada
Lady Master Nada is the Chohan of the sixth ray (purple and gold) of ministration, service, and peace. She is very much involved with the initiation and sponsorship of twin flames and the Aquarian age family.
The flame of the sixth ray is purple, the color of violets, flecked with metallic gold and ruby. Nada’s retreat is over the Arabian Desert. She is also a member of the Karmic Board, on which she serves as the representative of the third ray (pink ray) of divine love. Nada is an initiate and master of the path of the ruby ray, and she teaches the unfolding of the rose of the heart, helping us to develop the sensitivity of the heart. She also ministers to the world’s children with legions of angels who personally tend to the needs of the youth.
Saint Germain, the Chohan of the seventh ray (violet) of freedom, mercy, transmutation, and ritual. He holds a very important position as the hierarch of the Aquarian age. He teaches seekers the science of divine alchemy and transmutation. Diplomats, priests of the sacred fire, actors, writers and defenders of freedom serve with Saint Germain on the seventh ray. The name Saint Germain comes from the Latin Sanctus Germanus, meaning simply “Holy Brother.”
The pulsations of the violet flame can be felt from his retreat over the House of Rakoczy in Transylvania and from the Cave of Symbols in the United States.
The Maha Chohan
The Maha Chohan is the representative of the Holy Spirit. The one who holds this office in hierarchy represents the Holy Spirit to the evolutions of this planet and to the nature kingdom.
With the seven Chohans, the Maha Chohan initiates our souls in preparation to receive the nine gifts of the Holy Spirit. His retreat is the Temple of Comfort over Sri Lanka. The council chamber where the seven Chohans meet with the Maha Chohan is in this retreat, the headquarters for their joint service to earth.
