Spirituality and Christhood
We spread the teachings of the greatest spiritual masters East and West.

We are the Toronto Teaching Center, also known as The Summit Lighthouse® of Toronto, an affiliate of The Summit Lighthouse® headquartered in Corwin Springs, Montana.

The mission of The Summit Lighthouse is to promote and publish the teachings of the Ascended Masters, the saints and sages of East and West. These masters include such familiar names as Gautama Buddha, Mother Mary, Jesus Christ, Muhammed, Kuan Yin, Rama Krishna, Confucius, Lao Tzu, Padre Pio, Pope John XXIII, and many more.

The commonality among these saints is that they proved the path of personal Christhood. Whether a Buddhist bhikkus, a Jewish rabbi, an Islamic mullah, a Hindu pujari, or simply a Christian, Confucian, or Taoist devotee, a specific religion does not define this path of personal Christhood. Instead, the path of personal Christhood describes a journey toward becoming one’s Real Self. That real self as a Son or Daughter of God.

Jesus was a Son of God, but not the only one!

Jesus the Christ and his DisciplesHe was known as Jesus Christ. ‘Christ’ is a title, not the last name. The name ‘Christ’ comes from the Greek word “christos” which means “anointed.” The Ascended Masters teach that there is not just one son of God, but that we are all meant to become an anointed one. We are all meant to be the “Christ.”

Before the passing of certain initiations of discipleship, a spiritual seeker is referred to as a Child of God. When the individual passes these initiations, he or she earns the right to be called a Christed One and gains the title of Son or Daughter of God.

The path of personal Christhood is the path of initiation that all the sages of East and West have walked. It is a joyous path of over-coming human limitation and affirming our real divine nature.
